Step 2: Choose SMART goals

Make goals specific and measurable. Keep them time-bound.

Step 3: Pick metrics & rules

Use 1–3 metrics maximum. Write a simple payout formula that participants can verify.

Step 4: Communicate & onboard

Publish a one-page policy, run a short onboarding, and answer FAQs.
